Vacuum thermoforming is a process that heats thermoplastic plastic sheets to a softened state, uses vacuum adsorption to make them fit the mold surface, and cools and shapes them to obtain the finished product. This process is suitable for the production of various plastic products with complex shapes and low dimensional accuracy requirements, and is widely used in food packaging, medical equipment, electronic products, automotive accessories and other fields.
Fix the sheet on the frame (loading) → Heat the sheet to a softened state through a heater → Move the heated sheet to the top of the mold to form the desired shape (molding) → Cool and shape the molded product through a fan or water cooling system (cooling → Remove the cooled product from the mold for subsequent processing such as trimming and punching (demolding).
